As Operator of hangverseny.hu store the Egy Hangversenyteremért Alapítvány (hereinafter: Operator) on the pages of hangverseny.hu and during his connecting activities applies the following privacy rules at user data management, on the basis of Hungarian Law, Act No. LXIII. of 1992 year (on protection of personal data and publicity of public interest data), Act No. CXIX. of 1995 year (on management of name and address data for research and direct business), and Act No. VI. of 1998 year (on protection of individuals during mechanical procession of personal data):

1. Users agree that the Operator manage their personal and special data. Operator states that all data, confidential information, fact given by the Users will be managed confidentially. However, Operator keeps the right that in case of suspected abuse with service or other crime of the User reveals, the personal data of the User will be given to the relevant authorities. The use of data for other aims is only possible with the written permission of the User.
2. The User data can be watched only by the authorized personnel of the Operator. The stored personal data of the Users (including email address and cookies) will not be delivered for third party.
3. The Operator will not store the card number prior to, during and after the card payment necessary for purchase. Purchase and payment runs in two different systems. The product selection and the placement of order run on the hangverseny.hu website, as the card payment runs on the web page operated by OTP Bank Nyrt. Operator does not get information on User card data and OTP Bank Nyrt does not get information on Users’ registration data.
4. It is voluntary the use the services of the site. Operator ensures that the management of User data accessed during application of their services fulfils the prevailing Hungarian rules.
5. Operator undertakes not to send letters to the email addresses gained during registration of Users, except for emails with information in connection with services of hangverseny.hu store, to which Users agree during registration.
6. Operator takes all expected measures for safe storage of data, but does not take responsibility for damage, destruction or unauthorised gain of data due to technical fail, natural disaster, terrorist or crime activities.
7. Operator takes all expected measures for constant and error-free access to their sites, but does not take responsibility for the possible fails causing faulty operation and / or possible loss of data.
